What is your suggestion?:  Add a system that will automatically buyout items that are not purchased often on the TP for a set value. Or a General store type vendor that gives a fair base price for all misc items. Examples below.

Is this in OSRS?: No, much larger economy

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: No.

How would this benefit Alora?: Due to the size of the community in comparison to say OSRS, there are many items that will rarely if ever get purchased by players. Many clue items such a Adamant helm (h3), green boaters, just random seeds, teleport scrolls, seeds you can buy from vendors etc etc. It feels bad getting all these random items and then having to either keep them in bank. Or basically drop them on the ground. Or put in TP and pray they sell which they usually dont. It would be nice to have a bit of an economy boost and be able to sell your junk and or clue items, misc items to some sort of vendor or on TP for a set price. Get some sort of reward for it and a bit of an assist making some extra cash wouldn't hurt.

No support just because we already have the Item Consumption Device which does exactly this. It just doesn't buy all the random junk items like you mention in examples, such as an Adamant helm (h3). I just don't think it should be putting money back into the economy to buy items that no one at all wants and will end up dropping on the ground in the first place.

@Ruwk Respectfully, The item consumption device doesn't do "exactly" this if it gives no money for items people don't buy often, that's the entire point of the OP. Giving someone GE market value of an item they they would otherwise drop would make little difference to the economy when you can go thieve the same amount in like 1 inventory. Its just nice to have and makes many items less worthless.

If you want you can also sell such items to the general store or high alch them.

Whilst I agree that there should be some way of selling items for a more respectable price, this isn't the solution. This would bring an insane amount of GP into the economy.

@Hints Yeah that doesnt really help for items like "Black unicorn mask". For example it sells for like 30K on Osrs, but can high alch it for 600gp :D not worth the time. My whole point of this suggestion is just to get a little extra cash for those clue items or random stuff not many people buy so your only real option atm is to drop it. And that just feels bad.
