Reduce cost of Colosseum training ticket or have alternative ways to get it.
Currently you can get Inferno training ticket from trading post for like 100k each.
Colosseum training ticket is rarely available and to get it through vote points is too expensive. It takes 6 vote books (with 1.5 vote bonus) to get a single ticket. That's 24 mil (assuming 4m per vote book) for a single try.

How would this benefit Alora?:
Colosseum is already annoying due to RNG of invocations and RNG of spawns. Having a cheaper alternative to practice the boss would allow people to actually get the mechanics down.
