Since we already have a web app why not make an apk since it will run way way smoother for a lot of people who are facing issues with mobile bugs and low fps not only will it make alora #1 (it alr is) but it will be better especially with runelite plugins

No support.

Creating an APK for Alora may improve performance for some users who experience mobile bugs and low FPS. However, you should consider that distributing an APK could conflict with Jagex's IP policies about RuneScape private servers: this is important to keep in mind. Publishing the APK on app stores like Google Play could lead to takedown notices and legal actions from Jagex. Improving the existing web app or offering a downloadable APK directly from the Alora website minimizes visibility and potential legal issues.

Its not an issue with it being on the app store, it would never be posted there but direct from the website.
The issue with APKs is Jagex changed something on the backend a year or two ago that messed up how APKs connect to the server (or something else), and this is why all servers that had mobile lost it at the same time.
The web app is as good as its going to get for now.

+APKs would not function on IOS and it seems unfair to have two different mobile players being given a different experience.
