What is your suggestion?:

 

Slayer tasks and streaking global yell server announcement for every 100 or 250th/500/1000 task completed.

 

 

 

 

Is this in OSRS?:

Has this suggestion been accepted already?:

 

no

 

How would this benefit Alora?:

 

 

This will be something different to read as a newsflash in yell and a sense of achievement for the player

I like the concept of different achievements being yelled and I don't see any downsides. Support

Support, high killcounts are anounced over yell so why not high taskstreaks.

A few more announcements would be cool, such as;

Collection log milestones(250, 500, 750, 1000, 1100, 1198)

Total Experience(250m, 500m, 750m, 1b, every 500m afterwards)

Skill Experience(50m, 100m, 150m, 200m)

Player kills(250, 500, 750, 1000, every 500 afterwards)

 

Would be cool to see what the community is up to. For those afraid of it spamming the chat, we already have player kill announcements.

Although i like it, it definitely will create a ton of spam in the chat, sure we have player kill announcements, so just imagine all these milestones across the server being announced ON TOP of player kill announcements.

Perfect, but let's throw in a global announcement for hitting a 100 Slayer task streak as well.

 

I’ve been considering your idea about making global announcements for skill XP milestones. I think it’s a great idea, but let’s restrict it to the game modes that offer lower XP rates.

 

It would be great if Omicron included some toggles in the settings for players to select which global announcements they want to receive. I know I’d be switching off that bloody chest one.

No support.  Eternals donors that get to choose their own slayer task are always on streak. 

As a result, I don't think streaks are an impressive enough achievement to warrant public announcement.
