Update to have 4x zulrah teleports drop each time you hit that table, like osrs

How would this benefit Alora?:

Would bring us more in line with osrs, you should be able to stack zulrah teleports if you last long enough, and for the players who can last will have a quicker access to getting to zulrah than teleporting home then using the tp wizard.
