What is your suggestion?: Make the NPC PJ timer the same as on osrs

How would this benefit Alora?: Make the game consistent with osrs
1. Right now the NPC PJ timer on alora is 12 seconds (20 ticks), which means that if you get in combat with an NPC (box), you cannot engage in PVP for 12 seconds. This timer is only 5 seconds on osrs.
2. If you aggro an NPC in the wilderness, and let it attack you without fighting back, there is no way for other players to kill the NPC while it is attacking you. This is not the case on osrs, where if you do not attack an NPC for 5 seconds, it can be Pj'd by another player.
