I am suggesting that maybe the mark of grace system get reworked.  Whether that is the rate they drop or amount that drop at once, either way it takes a lot longer to get a full set of graceful than it does to get 99 by at last 4x.
I personally do not want to have to do any Agility after 99 as it makes no sense that we can't earn a full outfit by the time we hit max level. Currently getting 1 mark per 4 laps at Seers, and I am level 80 with less than 10 marks gained.
Just seems way off to have to grind Agility so much past it's max level.

You get marks every lap or 2 at Ardounge rooftop, I think it's fine as is, especially considering agility takes like 2 hours on a normal account.

Yeah, ardy course is 1 per lap, and only normie accounts have an issue really of not getting full set before 99. Also, graceful is kinda pointless tbh, unless you just like collecting it, in which case, you should be willing to grind for it. It does not take long at all. Think it's one of the fastest skilling outfits tbh

Tbh graceful is actually useless on Alora with having such easy access to purple sweets and can recharge run at ::thieve, etc.

If you're doing it specifically for the collection logs, it should take a bit of effort

It's guaranteed 1 per lap at Ardy if you have the elite diaries done. Agree with other responders, this doesn't need a rework

ardougne elite dairy perk says you get 25%+ chance of getting mark every lap, but i have to agree with @Jerbear you get it almost every lap.

 

sorry but no support, normie game mode to max is very fast, thats probably why u wont get full gracefull b4 99.

 

you will have other goals later and maybe u do that 200m agi, or try an harder game mode.

The rate at which marks of grace are obtained is quite favourable. It is unrealistic to anticipate finishing the skilling collection log before achieving max total level when opting for a game mode that offers such a high XP rate. I am currently having a go at the HCIM game mode, which has an XP rate of x8, and I managed to obtain the complete graceful outfit before achieving level 90 in Agility for the Ardougne Rooftop Agility Course. Furthermore, the utility of the graceful outfit is not as significant as it is in OSRS.

No support as everyone has mentioned, the rate is actually quite good and the grind isn't too bad. 

 

With normies, the xp is quite fast and you probably won't get many sets by the time you get 99. If you did firemaking all the way to 99, for example, unless you got god tier rng there is no way you get the full set. If that's the case, just pick a mode with stricter xp and get the sets done before 99.

 

Otherwise getting 200m xp is also a nice goal to have and get sets done as well.

What @H said, at Ardougne rooftop you receive a mark almost every lap, if I remember correctly, every lap.

There no need for making this too easy, since most of game's skilling outfits require time to obtain.
