Provide a concise explanation for the rejection of suggestions. Suppose players invest time and effort into developing an idea to share with the Alora community. In that case, it is only fair that they receive the appropriate feedback regarding the reasons for the rejection.

 

Particularly for suggestions that are met with predominantly favourable feedback. This will also help avoid the repetition of the same suggestions.

To be honest, the staff team just clicks on two buttons and it has a auto-reply posted...This doesn't stop at suggestions either but here is a example.

Expectation management: Users may expect immediate responses or implantation, leading to frustration if suggestions are not addressed promptly or at all.

 

We'll just have to move on with no comments by Omi or Admins.

Omicron often times includes a reason or insight as to why a suggestion is rejected. As for others, cant really say. Only time I see other reject suggestions is when they're dupe suggestions, and the message states it.

You can contact staff member to get reason, but yeah it would make more sense to just know immediately on why it was rejected.

Although sometimes it can be frustrating, some suggestions dont need an explanation, if you're ever confused on your specific suggestion you can always pm a staff member who told you no to get an explanation
