Port Sarim Jail Teleport

No but Zimbardo is real

How would this benefit Alora?:

Balance of power & quality of life

Currently, staff can send players to Port Sarim jail, but players have no way of sending themselves to Port Sarim jail.

For that reason, I propose adding a teleport to Port Sarim Jail onto this specific tile, so players can experience or reminisce about their time in jail.  

This would also speed up the Port Sarim clue.

Did you know that Port Sarim Jail is a 3 story building?

Would agree to this purely of the closer tp to this clue step, even though rarely can see any people online at jail :)
