What is your suggestion?: Add expert TOA KC & all 4 awakened boss kc as a requirement for the completionist cape

Is this in OSRS?: N/A

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: No

How would this benefit Alora?: The completionist cape should require doing completionist content

Im for the toa kc but since alora has a lot of irons and rng is a bitch, I dont think all 4 awakened kc needs to be added, maybe 2/4 or none. so half support i guess. the comp cape should be achievable for most if not all players, Inferno is already very hard for most and some don't even bother to do it, the awakened kc might be too much

Would be an amazing day if completionist cape got updated to include a lot more requirements, instead of the current "do achievement diaries and do some skilling to 200m exp for the bis cape.

Mixed feelings about this one. I agree with @Yautja about the awakened bosses being too much. Support for making it harder to achieve but in some other way than doing 4 awakened bosses.

Support, to adding more requirements for comp cape like toa expert mode maybe ca's? etc but big no to awakened bosses, not all game modes can go and buy orbs and spam them.

@Mufasa   Thankfully most of us can choose where we live and what ping we have.

 

People are not meant to be insanely good to get things done with 200-300 ping

This is not osrs where we have servers to choose from and that should be the first thing u consider.

 

You are making it extremely hard for people with high ping which is crazy.

Taking into consideration that some players struggle due to ping fluctuations, like those in australia playing with really high ping and some euw players, I'm still pretty supportive towards adding more content towards completionist, Expert Kc would definitely be a good addition, as for the awakened bosses i'd also be open to those being added depending on the feedback, worst case scenario surely there's other things that could be added other than those.

I think killcount at some high level bosses should be added to comp cape. To add awakened boss kc is a little to much I think. If added why not make that a Comp cape (i).

This opinion is coming from someone who plays with high ping (270-300) and is very very mediocre at PvM:

As it stands completionist cape is very easy to obtain (respectfully, before the realism/EIM people yell at me - your process just takes more time however it is easy. Anyone can afk 200m fish/cook as the most common skills for comp cape)

Should more requirements be added - Support
Awakened bosses - No support - why? Very RNG based to gather orbs for IM + ping equalitiy

Completionist cape should signify more than just PVM accomplishments though, possibly adding the requirement of completing all mini games clogs minus GOTR - due to it being RNG Based. Possibly x amount of KC at skilling bosses/CAs completions.
Or some other form of skilling input such as requiring to sacrifice x amount of resource items to obtain the cape etc.

You are so on point .

If you start concidering adding more things to completionist cape you just can't add pvm accomplishments into it since it's not a pvm completionist cape.

For sure bunch of minigames should be added into it and some more aspects of the game since 200m x3 skills are in it and pvm is in it and diarys.

Also if this is polled and those 2 are combined u will see more honest votes because high tier low ping pvmers don't mind the pvm things added to the comp cape but most likely would hate the skilling minigames aspect of it.

If the comp cape reqs are made higher then all aspects of the game should be in it surely.

I support the idea, just so you know killing awakened bosses is not even near to compare killing Sol in learning the mechanics and going through the waves.

no support on awakened bosses. TOA kc falls in line with other reqs (cox/tob kc) so makes sense.

I would support with the following:

Expert TOA seems unnecessary as you don't even need to complete TOB Hard Mode, just normal, but I do agree completing TOA in general 5 times should be added since 5 COX and 5 TOB is required. Maybe just do it at 150 invo minimum.

I also think requiring Master CA's would be a really cool addition as they're a huge part of "Completing" the game, but going to grandmaster seems unnecessary as theirs a custom version of completionist cape for those who have Grandmaster CAs done.



I would not support:

Defeating all of the awakened bosses solely because this already gives you a seperate very cool reward for completing it (the blood torva).

I agree comp cape should have some more requirements, however adding all of the absolute hardest content and some semi-unobtainable for a large majority to comp doesn't seem like the right way to do it. I'd propose adding a 3rd tier of comp. We have regular comp, and 4.6b comp. So why not leave comp the way it is, but add a more prestigious version of comp that requires all the comp reqs, Master or Grandmaster CAs, awakened bosses, etc. Then everyone can be happy. The elite gamers get what they want, and you don't take away a goal or accomplishment from the higher majority of players who want to get current comp cape.

I agree with Phosani and making different tiers of comp cape. I would like to see a comp cape that req colosseum and harder achievements like bloorva etc for the elite gamers but I aint one of those gamers and playing on 300+ constant ping a comp cape is pretty far from obtainable for a lot of players like me.

There are already different comp capes (gm variant for example) to show you completed these things.

Different tiers is just a big no (if you mean different stats to them with the tiers).

As some have stated, it would be great to have more requirements added rather than just skilling 200m for a bis cape.

 

I'd say I fully support this specific suggestion as long as there are some changes to the drop rates of awakener's orbs because those little suckers are super rare (or I'm just unlucky and need to pray more to rng gods)

Yes can add more requirements now that I do not play  :D  but yeah makes sense adding more requirements when new content is pushed.
