What is your suggestion?:

Make water wheels at motherlode either permanently fixed or last way longer

Is this in OSRS?:

No but there's much more players on OSRS so wheels are fixed at a much higher rate so I'm not having to grab a hammer every inventory of rocks

Has this suggestion been accepted already?:

No

How would this benefit Alora?:

Makes motherlode a little more bearable.

The passive XP from fixing the waterwheels is kind of nice, but I wouldn't mind if they lasted longer either.

Little FYI, you can grab a hammer from the crate next to the hopper, which makes it a quick 2 second job.

Neutral for now.

yeah I grab from the box I guess I just find it annoying how quickly they stop working especially when you're the only one at motherlode. It feels like a massive chore doing motherlode in alora when it's actually my preferred mining method on OSRS

Would not mind it being a little longer, but my opinion being similar to H, the only thing it would do is increase the laziness afk factor which has little impact. Running the extra 15~ tiles to fix the wheel does not impact much. If u really wanted to you could sit there with an alt to fix wheel. Overall would be very minimal QOL change but not very necessary.

I agree about the laziness thing but I guess I just see it needing some sort of buff to make it worth doing with varlamore mining just being 10x better and the little boost you get from the gear makes little to no difference on a RSPS with high xp multipliers. Also when you factor in the lower xp modes they're gonna be doing a hell of a lot more running to the crate for hammers and over time it just gets annoying is all. If it lasted even just 2 or 3 inventorys of rocks id be happy

No Support.

I just can't personally see why it needs any changing. Keeping a hammer in your inventory doesn't require any extra effort. I usually just stay at the veins on the western wall, as I run east to deposit my ore - I stop by the wheels for passive smithing exp.

It would be nice to have but honestly you can just have an alt sit at the wheel and fix whenever, so imo not worth dev time.

No support, it's not a big of a deal to just deposit the pay-dirt, grab the hammer from the crate, fix the wheels for that extra smithing exp, drop hammer, and get the loot.

It's not so hard to turn them on, in my opinion, no support, unfortunately
