What is your suggestion?:

Allow players (of a certain rank or x requirement) to just be assigned boss tasks

 

Is this in OSRS?:

No

 

Has this suggestion been accepted already?:

No

 

How would this benefit Alora?:

It would benefit endgame players that are focused on bossing (and do not have eternal rank).

 

Currently, player hunting the new Desert Treasure 2 unlocks need to spend skip after skip to get assigned a DT2 boss.  

 

Abby demons -> abberant spectres -> black demons -> steel dragons -> Boss task -> iron dragons -> greater demons -> rune dragons -> dagannoth -> boss task -> ....

 

I suggest saving players the trouble of wasting their time skipping and just introducing a boss task only option.

 

Boss task -> boss task -> boss task...

 

Endgame slayer quality of life basically

I'd support it if it was a slayer unlock that cost like 2k points.

Don't see any real benefits to this. Super Dono already has Free skips, so filtering through to get a boss task isn't that bad compared to OSRS.

slayer used to be good , when the slayer-master @ edge used to give an option of either "normal"-task (just basic monsters) or  "hard" tasks, i.e. boss-task only.

 

not sure why tf that was disabled.

 

maybe because of eternal came into play.

 

 

but yes, definitely support

Support - There is little to no reason I need to stand at slayer master between 5 seconds and 10 minutes skipping task after task to just get a boss I'm looking to do. Regardless I'm going to get that task but the QOL having to sit there and skip skip skip just makes the process feel out of place and unnecessary. This really won't take anything away from Eternal as directly choosing whatever task you like far exceeds the benefit of just getting a boss task in general.

It is a great idea since we already have a skip at certain task and it just makes it very tedious to circle through hundreds of skips for a certain boss task.

If there was boss only master or something the skipping wouldn't take 15minutes per boss task u need.

 

It could be like a grindable benefit , 5k slay points or something so people would actually have to grind it out.

SUPPORT Its so annoying even with super dono to be constantly sitting at the slayer master skipping to get a specific boss like duke for example. Spent 45 MINUTES once skippin to just get that one task. If its a unlock with slayer pts id be down aswell just some more qol for slayer!

Support!! i have been sitting 30 mins straight trying to get a certain task.  Would be nice to see it beeing optainable ingame and not with donor rank.

200m slay and choose own slayer task... thats not worth i think becus eternal have that power... then is eternal not worth anything like that 

 

also like click spam to choose and skip task or what every make eternal perks also not powerfull... so i think no support

eternal donors get to select their own specific slayer task

 

this suggestion is for a boss slayer master option that only rolls bosses.  

 

since it doesn't let you select which specific boss task -> the power of the eternal slayer perk is completely unaffected

 

unless your logic is: I paid to not suffer.  Therefor, you guys who haven't paid yet need to continue suffering  :D
