Black Screen When Logging In:
This issue occurs sometimes on web browsers depending on the device/OS version. We recommend rebooting your device if this happens, and/or updating to the latest OS version possible.
Stuck On Allocating Memory On Startup:
If you experience this issue, your app is likely corrupted. To fix the issue, delete the app from your homescreen, and clearing your cache (on IPhone, go to Settings->Safari->Clear Caches & History and select the "All Time" option). Once done, you may re-install the app and it should fix the issue.
Why Is My FPS So Low?
The web app, similar to the regular client, still partially operates on a single CPU thread. Many android phones (and older iPhones) have much weaker single-threaded CPU performance, and this will severely limit FPS on some devices. Players who have CPU scores below 600-700 will most likely experience sluggish performance, however we have plans in the future to move more work onto multiple threads, which should further improve performance. How Can I Improve My FPS?
There are a few steps that may help you to improve FPS on your device: 1. On Android, make sure you're using Chrome to setup the app, as it performs the best. On iOS the browser does not matter. 2. Reduce your draw distance. A higher draw distance means more tiles are rendered, which will be more work for the CPU, thereby reducing FPS. Draw distance on the mobile client can be toggle through the advanced settings -> Mobile option in the settings tab when logged in. 3. Make sure your operating system is up to date. This can sometimes make a large difference even on the same device (iOS 17.2 providing a 25% performance boost) due to internal changes.
