Grubby keys are much harder to get in Alora compared to OSRS. For a start the drop rate from Sarachnis is 1/2 what it is in OSRS.

The keys are not commonly sold in the TP so it's rare to be able to buy them.

Some of the other monsters that drop Grubby keys within the Forthos Dungeon also have the wrong drop rates or don't drop them at all when they should.

This difference doesn't really make any sense, while Sarachnis is easy/faster to kill on Alora, yes, Grubby keys and the Grubby chest are not that valuable. They are however useful for low level ironmen looking for supplies (brews and food and potions) or people hunting the pet recolours.

 

 

I suggest we change to drop rate to what it should be for a start and also could look at adding them into the slayer shop to buy with slayer points.

 

The slayer shop is getting a bit stale now we could do with some new additions, and this would be a good start.

I fully support this as this would help Ironmen continue their PVM grind.

 

I agree with the current D/R state as well, it's like finding a needle in a haystack. Maybe you should make a separate suggestion for the slayer shop though!  :D

I support this would be a great addition to lower the drop rate!
As for adding to slayer shop I don’t think it would be worthwhile

never used/got one of those key but for sure it would help to fix the drop rate to something more decent.

about adding the keys to slayer shop i wouldnt mind
