What is your suggestion?:
Currently, only donators are allowed to fish minnows by taking the Row Boat @ ::fish.
I would like to see this feature being open to use for non-donors as well.
We could enable this by adding a fee for non-donors. 
Example: Every time a non-donor wishes to enter the row boat to the Minnow fishing area, they'll have to pay 500,000 gp.

I disagree.   Donators must have benefits. Dont give more benefits to regular players, this is a private server, normal players have a lot of benefits as it is

Don't get me wrong. Donators still have the benefit of entering the area for free.

Honestly didn't know it was donor only but as these are really underwhelming in terms of xp / sharks on here I don't see why not, Support.

I'm with @Logann on this one, especially given the xp rates aren't the best, it shouldn't need to be locked behind reg donator.

Considering it is one of—if not, THE—most unpopular/unknown donator benefits, I see no harm in opening up the platform to non-donors for a small fee.
