What is your suggestion?: allowing any player to edit the wiki. The wiki already exists at wiki.alora.io however it is essentially unused and almost empty of info. Currently editing is limited to administrators.
Is this in OSRS?:yes
Has this suggestion been accepted already?:no
How would this benefit Alora?: New players will be able to find info easier. Wikis are a much easier and more convenient way to share information than forums. Even for making a personalized guide it can be done on a wiki. Using a wiki allows everyone to make smaller contributions which add up.

It is also much easier to find a specific piece of info on a wiki, for example, a player who can't find out how to get proselyte on ironman could either beg in a clan chat for someone to answer, or try to search on the forums and hope that it shows up, or they could just type proselyte into the wiki and all the info will be right there.

The wiki for Alora would be pointless, we have plenty of information on the forums and most of the stuff that would be 'wiki' related can just be found on OSRS wiki.

@Omicron pretty much laid the wiki to rest and removed it from the site’s navigation bar.

I’m an administrator on the Alora Wiki myself, but revamping and fully updating it would take an extraordinarily long time. Not worth it at this point, especially considering how few players would end up using it on a regular basis.

old school cool

If I recall correctly it was editable by players once upon a time, which resulted in someone griefing all the work some mod did to set it up

Pretty much what everyone above said. It's just too much time and effort for something that already exists (OSRS Wiki). For content that is not the same as in the OSRS Wiki, we have a guide section for.

No support.

Support.

I see  people saying it's a lot of effort so it's pointless, but I could see a few people having fun updating it. The other point I see is that no one currently uses the wiki and it is currently dead, so that's less worry about it being griefed. I don't see how this can hurt if it's not being used anyway.

We have decided to utilize our guide section rather than using the wiki. We would have to put in hundreds of hours of work and start pushing it to players just to get it used when we already have guides for most content in the guides section.
