Make pickpocketing this crystal give you a tradable uncharged version.

How would this benefit Alora?:
Would allow a new, cheaper, way for players to "buy" crystal shards other than the current destroying of bowfas and c armour seeds.
This would also make collection loggers happy since it can be more viable to get the dragonstone armour set without having a fortune to do so along with depending on the availability of these enh wep seeds and armour seeds to even be on the market.
