What is your suggestion?: Add more sources for rune pouch. 

Is this in OSRS?: Yes (kinda)

How would this benefit Alora?: Makes it easier for hardcore accounts to safely get rune pouch.

Before the wildy boss update, you could get rune pouch from all the wildy bosses, one of which was below 30 wild so you could just tele out if a pker showed up. Now, the only ways to obtain it are through donating to ;;store, killing Skotizo at a 1/203 drop rate, killing Scorpia at a 1/203 drop rate, or buying it with PK points. 

PK points are hard to obtain on a hardcore if you're not versed in pking, Scorpia is in multi lv. 55 and farming 203 dark totems to hit rune pouch drop rate is an absurdly long grind. 

My suggestion is for the rune pouch to get added back to the Vet'ion, Venenatis, and Callisto drop tables, along with their Singles+ variants. Also, it could be added to the slayer point shop for 750 points like it is in OSRS.

100% support, if the rune pouch is buyable from slayer shop on osrs, then I shouldn't see why it shouldn't be the same here, also agree with it being added back to the rest of the wildy bosses aswell

Definitely would be super useful to help HCIM's in the long run and I support whatever we need to make the inevitable grind a little less heart wrenching!
