What is your suggestion?: Reduce special attack cost from 50% > 25% for Abby dagger.

Is this in OSRS?: Yes.

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: No.

How would this benefit Alora?: Matches OSRS and also will replace the dragon dagger in some places such as Tombs of Amascut and maybe even pking.

this was just changed in OSRS in March to 25%, that is probably why. But support this to match osrs. Will be a nice new spec all around
