As we all know, combat achievements are right around the corner. Personally, when I look at the combat achievements on osrs, I immediately think of the Zuk helm, and how prestigious it is. It is, without a doubt, my favorite reward of all the GM achievements. However, as we all know, the Zuk helm is already obtainable in game via the shop. So, in lieu of the Zuk helm, what do you guys think Omi is going to add as a reward for the GM combat achievements?

 

I thought this would be something interesting to discuss as the updates draws closer. Please feel free to share your thoughts down below!

What kind of reward would you like to see instead of the zuk helm?

Idk maybe he could add some custom pet or something, soul wars pet from osrs isnt available on alora yet maybe that could be it, but seems very underwhelming of a reward

I would guess new monkey variants would be a major one.

Yeah its likely it is juist going to be Zuk helm still - Id persoanlly remove them from all accounts and refund the tokens to the players account but I know that would not go down well lol.

 

Zuk helm and infernal cape, 2 items no one should be able to buy imo.

That would be so sick. A gold trimmed/gold particle cape for 4.6b xp would be absolutely insane.

The ideal scenario would be for Omi to wipe all Zuk/Verzik/Jad slayer helms and reimburse them with store tokens.

Although combat achievements haven't been on OSRS for a very long time, they're still very iconic and it's one of the few items that allow the player to showcase their skill, the other being the Completionist cape, although it's more of a time investment.

 

I doubt there's any other item that can replace those helms, so I guess we'll have to wait and see what Omi is cooking.
