No support. I feel it’s better to keep all suggestions in one place rather than having them split between forums and discord.

The issue with this is that there's no real structure like there is on the forums. Suggestions will be poorly formatted or lacking detail, players will not be able to give feedback, which is a massively important factor on deciding if a suggestion is accepted or declined, and players' suggestions will be buried in the channel rather quickly. Players' forum accounts are auto-registered for them, so it's generally quite easy to just going to the forums and login like you would in-game to make a suggestion. It's not as quick/easy as doing it through the discord channel, that's true, but it's far more structured and organized.
