Randell has been promoted to Global Moderator.
More glory has been promoted to Server Support.
 
Secondary ranks:
Lucifers GIM has removed secondary rank from Livn Country and added secondary rank to Lucifers EIM .

18 has removed secondary rank from Free Parking .

Randell has removed secondary rank from Randy .

Ivy has transferred their rank to 26 Deep .
