What is your suggestion?: As a goodwill gesture, specific donor ranks should receive a free transfer.

Is this in OSRS?: No

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: Not that i know of

How would this benefit Alora?:

Increases the player base activity by bringing old members back and allowing existing members to try different game modes.

Additional side note would be to possibly review masters and immortal donor transfer limit(should be increased as it is the same as Uber)

Totally support. Moving up from Uber, should reset each donor rank as well on transfers. If thats not an option, donating to the well, to support the general crown of Alora, should support your own account in some other way, like rank transfer.

Support.

Certainly agree that donator rank transfers should reset when moving to the next tier of rank (for example legendary to uber is a decent $ jump, so why not get an extra benefit for it and that only scales upwards in severity).

I think it could/should also just reset over time, I know it's unlimited within 90 days for the top rank but all the donator benefits seem to sit with the top 1/2 ranks and the ranks below don't have an awful lot of difference in benefit for the $ amount difference.

Support.

I was just looking at the transfer limit and was wondering why uber-immortal are all 2 transfers and then jumps to unlimited.

I do feel like the transfer rank system could use some modifications to it. +1

i def support this.

this has been a small frustration for alot of immortal donors  in specific and others aswell for a long time.

like you get 1 free transfer on a 250 donor rank acc and you get 2 for a 2,5k/5k/10k rank.

Also paying another 150 to get a rank transfer after you used your transfers is kinda insane it's not like it's that much work to do it, and on the staff updates we can constantly see people keep changing ranks to alt accs.

i can see you need to set a limit somewhere but a compensation for some donor ranks like a free transfer every year or half year for some of the higher donator ranks would be fair imo.

100% support. A $10K rank has the same amount of transfers as a $2.5K rank. It is nuts.

I think we just need to lower the price for a rank transfer. 150 is pretty absurd. I've wanted to play alora again since about the beginning of February but I'm afk till march 15th waiting for my eternal donor transfer to be back up. Sucks that I wanted to try out a game mode with my donor status and didnt enjoy it. Now I have to wait 3 months or pay $150 :)

I highly doubt, if Omicron changes the system old players will actually return might just be my delusional opinion though, also I assume the main reason he doesn't want it to be changed, because it clearly still makes him a little bit money and hosting and website protection ain't free, but yeah I get it none wants actually donate 150$ for rank transfer or spend 3b GP, so ye could use some changes, but seen this Omicron decline this suggestion in the past, so doubt it will be accepted this time either.

As some people have stated, maybe some slight modifications can be done to the ranking system. Times have changed and money may be hard to come by for some more than others. It's a matter of adapting to allow more people to flow into Alora and keep the current ones enjoying the content with their perks, just not at such a strict level. It's time and money invested by others and it shouldn't just benefit one person, it should benefit the investors too.

Support. A 10k donor rank having the same amount as 2.5k and 5k is a bit absurd

If immortal has the same amount as transfers as uber then it only seems logical to increase that

I dont think its really needed to reset your rank transfers

Maybe the 150 donation should also go towards your amount spend at a 2x ratio or something. This way people actually benefit from swapping around ranks.

Once again, i dont really think it should be reset, as alot of people have been paying the 150 custom to transfer, and it'd be kinda bogus to just completely reset all rank transfers now.
