What is your suggestion?: Make boosters and vote books noteable. Allow the noted version to be "used" on other players

Is this in OSRS?: N/A

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: Don't think so

How would this benefit Alora?: Would save people time and effort - QoL

Obvious support, dont see why this hasnt been done yet but feel it'll continue to be declined sadly. Easily a qol that could save headache for a lot of players.
