Which brings us back to every post about buffing endgame items.
The only way to realisticly fix those items is by giving the initial raid buff (that was there way back) to ALL endgame items. Even something as simple as giving those weapons a 10% max damage increase (Not even touching accuracy, and maybe make the defensive weighting in raid higher would probably resolve the meta shifting to weaknesses rather than pure tbow)
Because lets be honest, a whip/blowpipe setup will do the trick just as good in most scenarios. And by doing the raid buff we do not have to nerf early weapons which now make the early game RSPS standard, while still incentivicing people to grind/buy/get those big ticket items.
If taking the raid buff approach (Osmumten fang will truely outshine the rapier in ToA as it will truely capitalise on the increased damage and would give that item purpose, cus from what i've heard its still quite underwelming in ToA)
I'm mainly talking about:
Inq mace, Nightmare staves, Rapier, Osmumten, Bowfa, Saeldor, Twisted bow, Scythe. Cus even Tumeken Shadow only has a real purpose in ToA and some raids and even there i think i'd prefer the sang utility over it (cus most its strenght comes from its insane accuracy on osrs and all accuracy based tools are useless on alora cus of the base accuracy buff alora applies)
