What is your suggestion?:

Add the possibility to receive a Mimic caskt from Master Clue caskets including the whole boss fight with better drop chances and a chance to receive the baby mimic pet.

Is this in OSRS?: Yes other than the pet as far as I know

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: No

How would this benefit Alora?:

Currently the only way to receive the baby memic pet is through daily login rewards which happen randomly and only on the 14th day and if you don't get lucky you have to wait x amount of 14 day cycles before even getting a chance to receive it again. It's RNG on top of RNG on top of RNG, disgusting, but the pet looks so nice. Including it this way would still keep it rare but have a method for players to actually grind for this pet (and extra goodies) rather than just something that some players may never receive.

 

Doing this would also allow us to add the baby mimic to the collection log which would be nice to see.

This post is from 2020 and there is not a mimic casket in game that I know of. I fully support as this gives more motivation to do master clues plus it is in osrs.

100% agree. Added incentive for clues and a ever so slight boost to 3a rewards is always welcome. Also agree getting Mimic pet solely through daily reward pet sucks; I have 6 daily reward pets 3 of which are balloon pets and the other 3 are not a Mimic.

There are a lot of mimic caskets in game. There has been 5 just recently.
