What is your suggestion?:

Make the Falador party room functional for drop partys and allow an instance version of it to allow clans to have private drop parties with the balloons. After a certain threshold possibly have it announced to the server how much is being dropped in the public party room, so players know to go and participate by using the command ::party
 

Example: bankers will begin to yell (or just a message in everyones chat by the server) "1000M drop party at ::party starting in 30 seconds!"

How would this benefit Alora?:

Allows clans to celebrate drop parties together in a more private way, and will allow for drop parties to happen server wide with the randomness of balloons, rather than whoever has better ping and their auto clicker on full blast.
