How I Connect PS4 on Proxy server

Hello all, I Want to connect the proxy server thing on my ps4,  I connect my ps4 with my hotspot and it works but once I try to connect the wifi it doesn’t work it gives me an error code, that tells me that there is something wrong with my internet, I do not know why this happens, can anyone please help me how can I resolve this issue?
