[Free Upgrade]

What is your suggestion?: Allow the Dwarf Cannon to be purchasable through one of the NPCs at ;;shops

 

Is this in OSRS?: Yes, from Nulodion for 750k

 

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: No

 

How would this benefit Alora?: Currently it is only purchasable through slayer points and vote points. I don't see why we shouldn't be able to use GP, especially on Ironmen, to buy something that is purchasable on OSRS for gp. I can understand making it 5x or 10x the cost, but would be nice to have the option.

Voting is needed to keep the server growing.

Slayer is just playing the game, even if  you just want to do bossing get that boss task do it, go to the next boss continue until you have a cannon.

At first the requirements to purchase it seem hard to achieve, but its easily attainable as you play the game.

 

You are able to purchase it of other players via TP and it's not too expensive at all. Considering most will buy it for their alts in order to kill corp which potentially provides a large return of profits.

If it is in OSRS, what reason is there for it not to be purchased with GP on here? Weird how everyone else gets support on "If it is in OSRS, support" but you want to show no support because "just slay" ? Not that I didn't expect good ole Paragon to say no :)

It is in OSRS, no reason it shouldn't be on here. And Ironmen can't use TP.

Understand it's in OSRS - but we have a lot of supporting mechanism's that make slayer easy which aren't in OSRS.

 

Cannon is currently 760 points

 

We receive extra points every 10th task and also 25,50,75,125,150,175, 225, 250, 275, 325, 350, 375 etc the list goes on

 

760 points is pretty easy to achieve, getting the imbuement scroll takes twice as long.

 

This is why I don't think it's a necessary addition.

No support from me, sorry. I get that it's available to buy with gp in OSRS and I'm always a fan of keeping it in the path of OSRS but some stuff just doesn't work that way. As Formula One said, we get hella boosted slayer points here, even extra points on bonus weekends, we also get boosted gp rates too.

Also, voting is a crucial part of keeping a server active, if you could buy with gp (you can on a normie anyway) no one would get it from voting. Right now, having it voting or slayer points gives iron's an incentive to vote if they don't want to use their slayer points and want to save up their points for something else (like imbue scroll).
