Had fun routing and then grinding the time down to be this fast in only about 2 hours. Here are the rules I used incase anyone else wants to attempt a run.
 

• Ironman only (or UIM)
• No help from other accounts (including lunar spells, vote books, bonds, boosters or any other items)
• Timer begins as soon as you close the Makeover Mage screen
• Timer ends when the quest complete screen pops up.
• No starter items (besides the book)
