Hi guys so i have spent 4 years playing the game building my account and earning 6b legitly and came back after a few months break to find some scumbag had hacked my account and proceeded to stake (and lose) my entire 6b in cash. Obviously i am very mad that someone has done this and 4 years of work has been wiped instantly. My question Is . Is there any support offered by mods in terms of being able to roll back accounts in cases like this where you have been hacked or see who the perpetrator was staking with and remove the money from their account?

if you didnt had 2fa i think there is nothing that can be done, maybe you should pm a staff or something like that.

There is no support for players who get hacked. The server offers protection in the form of 2FA, it is ultimately your fault for not using it.

As stated above, getting hacked is mainly due to your own lack of security and not in the servers fault.

 

Sorry to hear if this actually did occur, you'll just need to rebuild.

Dang bud thats unfortunate, theres a slight chance you might get your items back or a credit but very unclear for a situation like this

As long as you don't use the same password here that you use at other servers (and usernames) and have 2FA (most important) turned on, you will be safe.
