Allow players to craft the celestial signet by using a celestial ring, elven signet, 1000 star dust, and 100 crystal shards at a singing bowl

How would this benefit Alora?:
Match OSRS content.
Since crystal equipment doesn't use any charges on Alora, the celestial signet will have the same functionality as a celestial ring. Just harder to obtain, less mainstream, and more badass
