What is your suggestion?: I suggest making all the cyclopse in the Catacombs aggressive as currently only 2/6 spawns are and they have one of the best drop rates for totem pieces. It would make an excellent option for afking if gathering totems is your goal.

Is this in OSRS?: As far as I can tell, they are listed as Aggressive on the OSRS wiki, cannot confirm as I have not done them in catacombs on osrs.

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: No

How would this benefit Alora?: This would provide another way to gather totem pieces if someone is looking to grind Skotizo.

They probably are aggressive, but NPC aggression has specific rules on how it works.
