What is your suggestion?: Add the Gertrude's cat quest from OSRS

Is this in OSRS?: Yes, this is an existing and classic quest from the game

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: Not that I can find. Would perhaps be a nice expansion of the sticky topic on suggestions to include a category for quest suggestions

How would this benefit Alora?: nostalgia, cute animals that can mew, perhaps a new reward for players to unlock hellcat somehow in the future?

The one benefit to posting on forums is obtaining a loyalty cat.

As nice as this quest would be, It takes away an incentive to use forums (Understanding people need 250 posts for veteran).

I'd have to agree with @Ivy on this one.  

 

Having cats as a forum reward for posting can potentially make the forums more active, if you remove the rewards away from that or make an easier way to get them. Then why would people want to use forums at all? The cats are more of a cosmetic purpose on Alora however.

Was not aware they were available in-game at all — I've not seen anyone with one out. Agreed if they're attainable this way then doesn't make too much sense to have them as a quest reward too.

 

Is there a way there to better raise visibility that those are a reward for forums activity?

Agree with the other replies, don't see the need for this as the pet cats are already obtainable.

All players have access to cats. Though I wish we didn't have to inundate forums with lifeless comments to get them
