What is your suggestion?:

Revert blast furnace to allow more than 28 gold ore to be deposited at a time. Nobody asked for it to be changed that dramatically from what it was.

Is this in OSRS?:

IDK i dont play osrs

In OSRS you can deposit 2 inventories into the furnace at a time. I don't know how Blast Furnace is currently on here, but if that's what you're suggesting than I am all for it.

The change was to fix a bug that was causing players to lose their ore. We do it this way so that we can make sure no ores are lost for players who put too many in. On OSRS, there's a bug that allows players to deposit 27 ore into the furnace first, then another 28, bringing the total to 55, so I can implement that to make it more consistent.
