What is your suggestion?:you shpuld get notification after recieving dark totem piece in a chat or it should be highlited on the ground

How would this benefit Alora?:i would be more better if you barraging ll mobs in kourend dungoen and you will see it better

You can add it to your highlighted items, in runelite :) please pm me on disc and I can show you how!

You are currently able to highlight items through the runelite plug-in. I believe it is called "ground items". If you put the totem piece names in the highlighted section of the plug-in they will highlight when dropped like what you are looking for.
