What is your suggestion?:

Apply the Ardy cape 4 bonus xp to the thieving skill cape (and max cape) after the player finishes the Ardy elite diaries

Is this in OSRS?:

I don't play OSRS but I doubt it.

How would this benefit Alora?:

Currently the thieving cape is not worth wearing post 99 for its perk since the Ardy cape 4's bonus xp will always out weigh the thieving cape's perk. Merging them together after achieving both will give players a reason to wear the thieving skill cape.

 

I know there's other capes who's perks feel useless as well, but this suggestion is focused around the thieving one with something I came up with.

 

Also for those unaware the thieving cape will give players a 10% chance of not failing a pickpocket while thieving.

Not sure what to think as it should stack not sure if it stacks on here though with ardougne cloak 4 if they stack like in oldschool it would be nice for that 20% less chance of failing and would make the cape more worth wearing.

 

The boost of xp would be nice if it can be added but would need to have the diary complete for it to apply.

I tested already the xp doesn't apply to the thieving cape, ty for the wiki search, should've done it on the suggestion to be fair, but it adds more weight that it'd be nice if there was a change to make the cape more useful for its perk

Perhaps the bonus stacks when using an ardy max cape?

 

Regardless it seems like a nice QoL for thieving and adds some use to multiple capes.

Nice Small QoL.

As Luka Doncic said, this adds some more uses for multiple capes. Plus I've heard multiple people talk about how much they'd like to have the ability to wear the theiving cape post 99.

This isn't necessary, there's no real reason to apply this, since that experience boost is a perk specific to the diary award.
