What is your suggestion?:

If you want to use Diary Teleports Via Monkey and you use The option with your keyboard numbers, it will write the number you pressed in the chat box

Is this in OSRS?:

nope

How would this benefit Alora?:

just a small QoL

Looks more of a bug to me. Would be nice if it gets fixed. Support.
