What is your suggestion?: 

Add a morph option to the hellpuppy pet. This would be unlocked by feeding it a Cerberus crystal of any kind. (Could also be done by feeding it a pair of Cerberus boots)

 

Once this is done, the hellpuppy pet can be morphed into a a bigger 3 headed version which would resemble Cerberus, just simply on a smaller scale (Think along the lines of the KQ pet).

 

After being unlocked, it would allow you to switch between the two forms.

How would this benefit Alora?: 

Currently the hellpuppy pet is a bit underwhelming, and this would a great addition which would put it more in line with other boss pets. It would be a cool update, and could also act as an item sink on a smaller scale.

Would be a nice pet to see in game, need to think of how to acquire an item to morph so its not too easy to get. (maybe all 3 crystals as most people make straight into boots, so they would need to grind for them and even normies struggle to get the actual crystals from TP)

SUPPORT. I don't think it would be super easy to do this but I love the concept. I strongly agree that the pet is underwelming, I would like if the morph would make the pet a little bigger as well as it just seems so small.

Completely agree with @21 also. Would need to be a challenging/hard way to be able to morph into a cerberus pet.

But other than that I absolutely love this idea!
