Allow eternal donators to block certain boss's from cox similar to blocking monsters in a slayer task. I suggest allowing only 2 blocks meaning if a player blocks vespula they won't receive it in their layout until they unblock it.

You are already have the option to chose your layouts as a eternal donator. Blocking certain npc's in the raid is a bit overpowered. No Support

I think having the option to chose your layouts as a eternal donator is more than enough. No support from me.
