Spicy stews being a random boost after costing 20 vote points is extremely inconvenient. Having 1 or 2 attempts per day based on voting doesn't make much sense to me. It's easier to get a boost on OSRS.

I've been testing the sacred eel fishing and it seems rather weak, especially considering the massive change to blowpipe's scale consumption after these fixes.

It's not weak, it's just how it was balanced to be. It's actually quite a bit better than on OSRS. If it's not enough though, I'd recommend doing Zulrah for scales, since it's probably the faster method of acquiring, though more involved.
