update hcim high scores to filter dead hcim so the ones still alive can get some shine

more attn to the new hcim players that havent died 

 

tbh highscores table needs a revamp aswell doesnt show rank and cant search people unless logged in

We already cross out the names of dead HCIM, and this is for record keeping purposes. I don't think many players would appreciate having their HCIM streak removed from the hiscores.
