What is your suggestion?: Add the new Clan system that has just be released on OSRS.

Is this in OSRS?: Yes.

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: No.

How would this benefit Alora?: There is quite a few large clans on Alora so I think this would be very convenient. More settings, more customization, more specific permissions, events, recruitment board etc.

 

Maybe also add ;;clans to teleport players to the Clan Hall area for drop parties, gatherings, etc

Big support,

 

Gotta keep in mind this is a smaller development team and an update this size could take a huge portion of their time and energy. For just a little boost in gameplay/content.

 

Cus as much as the clan experience aswell as the community aspect holds great importance for this game, i dont feel like just the QoL value would justify the amount of time it could take to implement.

 

Long story short. I rather see an alora adaptation rather than the full aspect which could take alot of time/resources of the team.

This could eventually be added, but to preface the suggestion, it would take up a lot of development time, since it'd be a lot of interface and client work, as well as a lot of server-sided work. That being said, if there's overwhelming support for it, I don't mind adding the system.

It has been decided that it would be best to take the best features from the Clans feature and implement them on Alora. As Omicron mentioned above, it would take a lot of development time to implement.
