i imagine camping cox or tob is the best money ingame

Personally, I'd suggest doing some Zulrah for a small bank roll and looking at doing ToB and Chambers of Xeric. Blowpipe is pretty expensive right now so landing one or two of those would be big for you to start out

I'd start off with voting everyday, that'll give you some money to get decent gear. From there I'd do a bit of slayer to get raid gear. Once you have the gear necessary for COX, you can grind that until you get a tbow / enough cash for one. Tob is also a good way to earn some big bucks. Best of luck with the grind :).
