GIM was fun, but eventually your teammates move on in life.  It's just the nature of the game.

If you're having trouble finding yourself a team and want to save yourself some GIM removal tickets, I recommend trying out the Realism game mode.  It's slow xp (2x), but the people who can stick it out are usually very friendly and will treat you like a teammate!  Plus, our trading post is very much like a vending machine-group bank.  Everything is overpriced, but you can always pm for deals!
