Hello everyone, and welcome to another edition of The Alora Times!

There haven't been any changes to the rules this month, but feel free to look them over for a refresher.

There have been quite a few changes to the staff team this month, you can see them below.

There are some changes that haven't been posted yet but they will be soon.

January 10th, 2021

Promotions:
Adex has been promoted to Administrator.
Classic has been promoted to Global Moderator.
Stone has been promoted to Global Moderator.
Smope Jr has been promoted to Server Support.
Yautja has been promoted to Server Support.

Secondary ranks:
Fear7heduck has added a secondary rank to Eliteduck
Citra has added a secondary rank to Frettin

Resignations:
Champ has resigned from Administrator.
J boogs has resigned from Global Moderator.

This month we will be interviewing 2 of our staff members: Classic and 99.

Let's start off with Classic...

Adex: What kind of person are you?

Classic: I am a homebody kind of person during the cold winters here in Canada, summer time im very outgoing and always on the move. I am motivated and respectful to others if they are respectful to me, as the old saying goes " You gotta give respect to get respect"

Adex: What kind of stuff do you like to do during your free time?

Classic: I enjoy spending time with my wifey on the weekends after work. Alot of the time you can catch me hanging out with buddies working on our cars or ill just hangout and do some freelance design as i love designing.

Adex: What are your current in-game goals with your Classic account?

Classic: I am currently working on achieving 4,600,000,000 exp along with the side goal of keeping Rank 1 Nightmare KC and Rank 1 Nightmare time record. Once i achieve the 4.6b exp I plan to hunt bosses to achieve all pets aswell and maybe eventually go after the completed collection log where everything is completed.

Adex: What is your favorite band? And which track of them is your favorite?

Classic: I wouldn't say I have a favourite bad, I do how ever have a acouple favourite musicians such as Merkules, NF, Chris Webby and KO. My favourite song would have to be Like you by merkules.

Adex: If you can pick three different people from Alora, and spend a weekend with them, who would you pick?

Classic: Honestly, I would love to hang out with Lowkey, Death Kid, and probably Adex haha.

Next up, 99!

Adex: Where does your name "99" come from?

99: When I was a kid and first started playing Runescape. I was always impressed with people who had 99 in skills. So my usernames always had 99 in them.

Adex: Which toppings belongs on pizza? And which don't?

99: I think it’s perfectly okay to get creative with toppings on pizza. No reason to hold back. But if you put anchovies on pizza, you’re a monster.

Adex: What made you join Alora staff team?

99: I don’t think I’ve said it enough, but I seriously love this community. They’re some of the funniest, best and caring gamers I’ve had the privilege to meet. I also love helping people and being there for those in need, even if it’s answering how to make money.

Adex: What kind of updates would you like to see happening for Alora?

99: I would love to see new quests added to the game. I always loved questing on Runescape. And I think new quests could open the door for new shops for ironmen and some new content to grind out. Also Nightmare instance location?

Adex: Who was the best Runescape player when you were a kid? And why?

99: Obviously Guthix from TehNoobShow. He might’ve seemed smooth brained, but that man knew what he was doing. Also can’t forget the honorable mention Zezima. That man was absolutely great at this game, and a true legend of the game. Also, a friend of mine Kjy09 he was maxed and always helped me out when I needed it. The smallest favors, he never hesitated to help out a noob like myself and throw me in his back pack for a carry.
