Hello as a fan of pre-eoc I would like to suggest the implementation of completionist cape. It would have the same stats & requirements as the monkey backpack.

 

As the game already has the "divine" it would be very cool to see this added to the game! If possible, I would also like to suggest that the recolour feature would be added however not a necessity. Particles don't matter either as I am aware those can be hard to add.

 

Personally not a fan of the monkey being bis as it don't really make any sense in any way shape or form.

 

For the people that are a fan of the monkey backpack, another cape to consider:

 

Monkey (or)

 

Would also like to note that this does not mean the removal of the monkey backpack.

 

If you do not want this added, please give a explanation to why - the game already has the divine spirit shield/optional 2010 graphics which is far more controversial and in the end this is just a better looking max cape.

 

The monkey is out of place & there is no denying that, as it is just a cosmetic from the monkey madness 2 quest on osrs.

Hello, I am not the issue behind the update and I suggested that it would simply be 1:1 of osrs. Please do not leave troll comments on this thread or I will have to get a moderator to remove your post.

 

The developer does great work and it is a shame to see you leave such a harsh comment without any feedback or constructive criticism.

As there already is a divine spirit shield and a separate client that allows you to choose a higher revision for your own likings I can't see why not. I do also believe it is a better touch for the server to have the bis cape being the well known completionist cape, rather than a monkey backpack from the monkey madness 2 quest which as stated do not make any sense.

This is Aftermath grouping up together in order to bring my suggestion down, I do hope the administrators will review this with a bright mindset.

 

This is a clan that has targeted me on multiple occasions & harassed me in-game.

As there already is a divine spirit shield and a separate client that allows you to choose a higher revision for your own likings I can't see why not. I do also believe it is a better touch for the server to have the bis cape being the well known completionist cape, rather than a monkey backpack from the monkey madness 2 quest which as stated do not make any sense.

There is no Divine SS, its an Orn kit so is all cosmetic. I just think there is bigger issues and more important content to be worked on and added in game.

It is a cosmetic that has the same stats of elysian, I am failing to understand your logic here.

 

It is also not much work to add custom models to the cache.

Maybe you didn't read my reasoning. My explanation is that it isn't in OSRS, which on here is usually a done deal. This game doesn't have Divine Spirit Shield, it has a cosmetic kit. 2010 graphics is a RuneLite feature, you don't have to use it. Again, not in OSRS so no support. Good luck with your suggestion.

I did read your explanation but I do believe we could use some more information rather than declining the idea solely because it is an item from pre-eoc. As the divine is a "cosmetic" kit but has the stats of elysian, I am essentially proposing a cosmetic kit for the monkey. 2010 graphics is also not a RuneLite feature nor will it ever be implemented on osrs. 

 

If you are comparing Alora to osrs there are many flaws.

Divine isn't in osrs, pvp armour/weapons aren't available either (outside of lms), nor are the 2010 graphics. I can understand if you do not like the design of the completionist cape. But I don't understand how people can say no to a cape that will have zero impact on the monkey as it is optional.

 

If anything it will attract more people.
