Recently we have been hearing alot of complaints about the Theatre of Blood drop rate and today I have for you a thread showcasing the Theatre of Blood drop rates for Legendary and Uber donator ranks consisting of roughly 60,000 raids (10,000 x 6) for those ranks in 3 man team/5 man team and with the 15% drop booster you can purchase from the store here https://www.alora.io/store/.
Firstly, the most recent ToB drop rate buff happened in September of 2020 which goes as followed
- Theatre of Blood drop rate changes:
- We’ve heard your feedback, and have decided to further increase the chance of getting a purple chest from the Theatre of Blood.
- Previously, the rates were approximately a 1/(11*# of teammates) chance of getting a purple chest before any boosts, assuming that no one died (this is the potential for each player in the raid, since we don’t limit the drops to 1 purple chest per raid).
- We’ve decided to increase this chance to 1/(9*# of teammates) before any boosts, and assuming no deaths, which would bring the chance of getting a purple chest to approximately 1/45 for a 5-man raid, as opposed to 1/55, which is approximately a 20% increase on all purple chests.

Omicron himself ran these trials to show the drop rates below

The drop boosters on Uber Donator give a additional 23% Drops while doing Theatre of Blood through out the total 10,000 raids and as a Legendary Donator you can see a potential 30% increase in drops from 10,000 raids. With that being said drop boosters only give a 15% increase so in certain scenarios there is a higher drop rate potential.
At the end of the day these simulations were RNG based just like we are RNG based in game and there is still the potential for you to be Above and Below the drop rates of Theatre of Blood.
Thanks for reading and we here at Alora.io are looking forward to seeing your feedback.
