What is your suggestion?: increase the amount of runes ironman are aloud to buy at the store. (unlimited would be nice)

Is this in OSRS?: No

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: NO

How would this benefit Alora?: in osrs ironman can hop between hundreds of worlds to refresh the amount of runes in the store. Alora only has 3 shops you're able to buy runes from.
The server is an Ironman base server with no worlds to hop between so most the time the runes are sold out.
Ironman don't really have anything to spend their money on or a purpose to accumulate GP.

I’d say this has been suggested before. Either way, I can support this as I’m sure it’s a struggle for ironman, I don’t play the mode so I don’t know but I can support it for the ones who do.

I have a feeling this has been suggested before. If it has my comment on this would be the same. An increase in runes would be nice.

I don't really see a downside to this. Once you get to end game, gp just piles up with not many options to spend it on. Doesn't gate charging ToB weapons behind having to slave away at dank essence mines as well. SUPPORT.

I think the most desired rune in iron would be blood runes that are a pain to craft so maybe the lack of some runes is to promote content added in game I.E blood altar. as for your suggestion It would not hurt to add more than 500 to shops.

This is what I actually meant to add, mainly just for blood runes would be the real addition people are looking for, because the other forms of runecrafting are actually quite overpowered as far as how fast you can make them, especially with the "previous" option on the dark wizard.

I mean, this is a private server, why make it harder to obtain certain runes than in OSRS?

This was suggested and approved before with another shop @ edge general store. But it still just isn't enough, especially for newer players. I suggest opening the rune shop @ mage bank for ironman for another store to access if not increasing the amount of runes in the shop. SUPPORT

I don't think I support the fact of having unlimited runes as it wouldn't give you a reason to do Runecrafting on those Ironman game modes. It would be nice if the shops supply were limited to each game mode specific or individually specific would be awesome!

if you don't have money for runes you would have to runecraft them as an ironman.

mainly because on osrs ironmen can skip worlds to get "unlimited" runes while on alora there is only one world.

I mean, something like this has been suggested plenty of times before and for sure I support it. I don't think unlimited runes is the way to go, though, but instead an increase of the amount of runes in shops/more available shops and other ways to obtain them: Runecrafting shop gives you some extra bloods for the points you get for example. So maybe add blood rune pack to loyalty points shop for a decent price (since you really don't use them after purchasing seedpod/goldsmith gauntlets/ice gloves) or something along those lines. On OSRS you get basically unlimited runes from shops because you can hop between worlds so I don't see a problem having more runes available for purchase here. Just don't make it unlimited because that would make it maybe a bit too easy and pointless to try to save them/do blood runecrafting.

 

I think the 1500gp each per rune is also ridiculous if you plan to buy them a lot for endgame content/pet hunting/collection log completions. Sure you get plenty of money with the caskets and all but 100k runes for 150m is nuts IMO (it's an RSPS after all) but the suggestion wasn't about this...

 

There are plenty of things you can use money for as an IM though (maybe not something as useful as buying blood runes but whatever).
