there are a few main farming patches that are not currently on the farmers blessing. is it possible to get them added to it?

falador tree

south falador patch

ardouge farming patch

a teleport to farming guild

gnome stronghold tree patch and fruit tree patch

Gnome and Falador is already on the Blessing, fastest teleport for ardougne is the cloak and farming guild with Farming skill cape.

Can do ;;fg for farming guild. But I support adding others that aren't on there as it is an expensive item

South Falador you can via explorers ring

Ardougne with ardy cloak

Farming guild via ;;fg

Gnome fruit is on the blessing and tree is a short run from that. 

 

Only one i really support is falador tree and even that is a short run from falador teleport on the spellbook.

These patches are not there for a reason (diary requirements to provide the teleports).
